What’s the warranty on animatronic dragons from MyDinosaurs?
MyDinosaurs offers a 2–10 years warranty on animatronic dragons, along with lifelong maintenance and repair support.
Can the dragon models be used outdoors and in extreme weather conditions?
Yes. All our animatronic dragons are waterproof, weatherproof, and adapt to ±50 °C extremes.
Are the dragons fully animatronic (movement, sound, etc.)?
Yes. Any model that is 0.5 m or taller can include movements. For full motion (wings, tail, etc.), we recommend models 3 m or taller.
Can I customize the dragon models in terms of size, color, sound, and species?
Absolutely. Any size, color, movement, material, posture, sound, or species can be customized according to your project needs.
What is the lead time for a custom animatronic dragon?
Lead time typically ranges from 1-4 weeks (or depends on order quantity).
Do these animatronic dragon models include effects like smoke, roaring, flashing eyes?
Yes. Many dragon models support effects such as smoke or water spitting, roaring sounds, blinking/flashing eyes and dynamic motion (wings, head, body).
What accessories come with a 3d dragon model purchase?
A typical dragon comes with accessories including the control box, speaker, remote control or sensor control, cables, the base (metal base or rockery cover in many models), installation & maintenance manual, etc.
How are large dragon models shipped and packed safely?
Models longer than 8 meters are disassembled for shipping. They are packed using air-bubble film, sponge padding, and wooden or flight cases to protect delicate parts (eyes, claws, edges). They must pass a 24-hour functional test before shipping.
