Do I Need To Assemble These Animal Models?
Normally, LCL shipping: 3d animal models higher than 2.6m (8.5 ft.) or wider than 2m (6.6 ft.) need to be disassembled for shipping. We will provide an installation manual, video and tools for assembling. video call for installation guidance is 24hours standby.
Realistic animal models are higher than 2.8m (9.2 ft.) need to be disassembled for FCL shipping. Regardless of whether it is FCL or LCL, under the premise of saving shipping costs, we strive not to disassemble the models, so that customers can save on installation time.
What The Control Modes Of Animatronic Models?
Our standard control 3d animal modes are an infrared sensor and a remote control. We have more control modes to choose from: coin control, customized control, touch control and more customized controls.
Can The Animals Stay Outdoor?
Yes, all our animatronic models are made for outdoor use, they are waterproof and weatherproof. All the functions adapt to -30~40 degrees in extreme weather, making them ideal for parks, zoos, exhibitions, and year-round outdoor attractions worldwide.

We offer 24 months warranty and life-long maintenance service.

What's the Turnaround Time?
Basically, the turnaround time (from ordering to shipment) is 4 weeks. If the customers want to receive dinosaurs ASAP, we recommend choosing stock or we will work overtime to complete production faster, ensuring timely delivery for urgent projects.
