Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through [mydinosaurs.com] (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Nature of Products
All products, including but not limited to animatronic models, skeleton replicas, puppets, costumes and statues are made-to-order and customized according to Customer specifications. As such, all sales are considered final, except as expressly provided in this Policy.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Before Production
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if written cancellation is received and confirmed by the Company prior to the commencement of production.
2.2 After Production Commencement
Once production has begun, cancellation requests:
- May be accepted at the Company’s sole discretion; and
- Shall be subject to a cancellation fee proportionate to costs incurred, including but not limited to materials, labor, and administrative expenses.
2.3 After Completion
Orders may not be canceled once production is completed.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Minor variations in color, texture, size, or artistic details inherent to handcrafted products
- Damage resulting from improper handling, installation, environmental conditions, or unauthorized modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond the Company’s control
- Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction after production or shipment
4. Returns
Due to the custom, large-scale, and specialized nature of the products, returns are not accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.
If a return is approved:
- Customer shall bear all return shipping, insurance, tax and handling costs
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging
- The Company reserves the right to impose a restocking fee of up to 30%
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Warranty & Service Disclaimer
Warranty and after-sales support from MyDinosaurs. are provided on a project-specific basis. Due to the custom and technical nature of our products, warranty terms vary by product type, usage conditions, and agreed scope, and are defined solely in the applicable invoice, sales agreement, or written contract.
Website content is for general information only and does not constitute a warranty. No implied warranties are provided unless expressly stated in writing. Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or operation outside the intended use are not covered.

6. Order Modifications
Any request to modify an order must be submitted in writing:
Prior to production: Modifications may be accepted without charge
After production begins: Modifications are subject to feasibility and additional charges
7. Shipping and Risk of Loss
All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed
Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon shipment or delivery, as defined in the applicable shipping terms
The Company shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by third-party carriers
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm
9. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
10. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.
